Run the concessions stand during tournament days — food prep, cash handling, and restocking. Food handler certification a plus, not required to apply.
Field Care Staff
Varies by tournament
Prep and maintain fields between games — dragging infields, chalking lines, mound and plate care. Early-morning and between-game availability required during events.
Front Gate Staff
Varies by tournament
Greet coaches, players, and spectators at the gate; manage admission and wristbands; answer day-of questions about schedules and parking. Weekend availability during tournament season required.
Tournament Director
Varies by tournament
Own a tournament weekend end to end — pool play and bracket scheduling, umpire coordination, on-site rulings, and communicating with coaches. Prior tournament or league operations experience preferred.
